Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of City Council Minutes - February 22, 2007, Joint Elected Officials Public Hearing B. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. 3.PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: Resolution 1043 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Adopting the Budget, Making Appropriations, and Declaring the Amount of Tax to be Certified for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2007, and Ending June 30, 2008 Manager: Introduces topic, presents background information. Mayor opens the public hearing: Those wishing to speak during the Public Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 4910 electing to receive state revenue sharing funds pursuant to Section 221.770 of Oregon Revised Statutes.
