ORDINANCE NO. 20230
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 20225 TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST
1~ 2001.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section L Section 4 of Ordinance No. 20225 passed by the City Council and approved by
the Mayor on February 26, 2001 is amended to provide:
Section 4~ Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the
Eugene Charter of 1976, it is necessary to further the orderly implementation of the new
provisions and procedures adopted herein that this Ordinance become effective August 1,
2001.
Section 2. Except as amended herein to provide a different effective date, all other
provisions of Ordinance 20225 are affirmed.
