WORK SESSION: Exceptions for Tailgating Around Autzen Stadium City Council President: I move to direct the City Manager to schedule a public hearing on the proposed ordinance exempting qualified pay-for-use parking lots from the game-day prohibition on public consumption of alcohol. Roll Call Vote *Time approximate 7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING and MEETING OF THE EUGENE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY Council Chamber, City Hall 1.PUBLIC FORUM Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing. Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of City Council Minutes - May 14, 2007, Work Session - May 23, 2007, Work Session - May 29, 2007, Work Session - May 30, 2007, Work Session - June 11, 2007, Work Session B. Appointment of Civilian Review Board Representative to Police Commission Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote 3.ACTION: Resolution 4914 Authorizing Execution of a HUD Section 108 Loan Contract in the Amount of $7,895,000 and Notes in the Amount of $7,895,000 City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 4914 authorizing execution of a HUD Section 108 loan contract in the amount of $7,895,000 and notes in the amount of $7,895,000. Roll Call Vote The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. 4.ACTION: Resolution 1044 Authorizing Issuance of Urban Renewal Bonds for Projects Receiving Funding from HUD Section 108 Loan Proceeds Urban Renewal Agency President: I move to adopt Resolution 1044 authorizing issuance of urban renewal bonds for projects receiving funding from HUD Section 108 Loan proceeds. Roll Call Vote The Mayor adjourns the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and re-convenes a meeting of the Eugene City Council. 5.ACTION: An Ordinance Amending Section 2.090 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Declaring an Immediate Effective Date City Council President: I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4951, an ordinance amending Section 2.090 of the Eugene Code.
