1. PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to
the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which
have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s
agenda as a public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene
residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you
have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

An Ordinance Amending the 1999 Street Classification Map to Add a
Newly Constructed Section of Hilyard Street from East Broadway to
Mill Street Which is Designated as a Minor Arterial

4990, an ordinance amending the 1999 street classification map.

4.ACTION:
Request for Contingency Funds for Cost and Expenses Associated with
Recruitment and Selection of a New Police Auditor and Approval of
Brochure
City Council President:
I move to authorize the expenditure of funds from
the General Fund contingency account for recruitment and selection of the
Police Auditor, estimated to be approximately $50,000.
