Charnelton Site

I move to direct the Agency Director
to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale and

development of the 10 & Charnelton development site consistent with
the outline of terms included as Attachment A.

Mayor Piercy adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and convenes a work
session of the Eugene City Council.

Exemption and Amending Sections 2.945 and 2.947 of the Eugene
Code, 1971

I move to direct the City Manager to schedule
action on options C and F, which expands the boundary to include the
Trainsong Neighborhood and revises the selection criteria..
