DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY RECORDER AND DEPUTY
CITY RECORDERS TO SIGN URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
RESOLUTIONS.
The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that:
Pursuant to Resolution No.98 1 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene
(Agency),the City Manager or the Manager's designee,acting as the Agency's Director,is
authorized to sign and execute documents on behalf of the Agency as may be required from time
to time.
A.
Various unforeseen events,such as natural disasters,pandemics,etc.,can make it
logistically difficult for the Agency Director to sign paper copies of Resolutions passed by the
B.
Agency.
C.I find it would be most efficient to authorize the City Recorder and any Deputy City
Recorders to sign Agency Resolutions on behalf of the Agency Director.
Now,therefore,based on the above findings,I hereby delegate to the City Recorder and
Deputy City Recorders the authority to sign Urban Renewal Agency Resolutions on behalf of the
Agency Director.
