THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES O~F,nIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seetion 1. 5ectian 5.015 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is by delet-
ing the definition of "5IC" eontained th^zrein.
Section 2~. Subsection {a)5. of Section 9.!360 of the Eugene Code, 1971,
is amended to read and pravide:

Section 6. Suwsec~ion (e) of Section 9,7C2 of the Eugene Code, 1971,
is amended to read and provide:
9.7Q2 GeneA Conditional Use Permit Criteria. A conditianal use permit
