AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING WATER SERVICE EXTENSIONS,
ADDING SECTION 2.212 AND AMENDING SECTION 7.050 OF
THE EUGENE CODE, 1971, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby added to th~a Eugene Code, 197:. a new
