OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
amended to read and provide:
2.212 Extraterritorial Water and Sewer Service Extensions.
' The czty manager or is esignee is hereby authorized
to receive on behalf of the city requests for extraterritorial
water service extensions, sewer service extensions, or provi-
sion of water or sewer service to special service districts.
The city rnanager, or his designee, shall submit such requests
to the Jane County Boundary Commission, together with a favor-
able recommendation by the city only if the city manager, or
his designee, finds that the extension of service as proposed
would be consistent in all respects with adopted resolutions,
,policies, plans and ordinances.
