An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit:
Green Acres Road: A parcel of land lying in the Northeast quarter of
section 18, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian,
and being a portion of Green Acres Road, also known as Dugald Campbell
Road, as said road abuts that property conveyed by deed to Trygve Vik, and
recorded in Ree1532, Reception No. 47634 of Lane County Oregon Deed
Records, the said parcel being that portion of said Road lying south of the
south right of way line of Green Acres Road as said Raad, being 80.0 feet
in width, has been relocated, which centerline is described as follows:
Beginning at Engineer's Centerline Station L 18+ 36,12 P.C., said Station
being 345.68 feet North and 1626.76 feet East of the Southwest corner of the
Daniel S. Snelling Donation Land Claim No. 41 in Section l8, Township 17
South, Range 3 'West of the Willamette Meridian; run thence along a curve
to the left having a radius of 409,26 feet the long chord of which bears
South 76 ° 50' 07" East 259.72 feet} a distance of 264.29 feet to Engineer's
Centerline Station L 2l + X0.41 P.T., all in Eugene, Lane County, Gregon.
The bearings used herein are based on the Oregon State Coordinate System,
South zone. (City of Eugene, SV 92-002}
RESERVING herein an easement for public utility purposes over, under, and
across the above described property, and the right to enter thereupon far
purposes of construction, reconstruction and maintenance.
4n the 2nd day of March, 1992, the City Council of the City of Eugene by Motion
duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:34 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day
of April,1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and
place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above
described street.
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the
Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation.
All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the
vacation and applied for the same.

THE CITY OF EITGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene hinds that due and regular notice
of the hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections have
been made at the hearing or bled. The consent of the owners of the abutting property
has been duly and regularly bled in the proceedings and the public interest will not be
prejudiced by the vacation of the street.
Section 2. The hearing was held on the 13th day of April, 199 at 7:3U p.m.,
Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all
matters necessary to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby vacated, and the street so
vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this
ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon, together with a map or plat of said
property, and a certified copy of this ordinance shall be bled with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane County Surveyor.
