The unimproved portion of street right-of-way on the north end of Elizabeth
Street, and south of Beltline Road, all in Eu ene, Lane Coun Ore on

On the 11th day of May, 1992, the City Council of the Ci of Eu ene b Motion

duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 ,m., Pacific Time on the 8th da

of June, 1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eu ene, Ore on at which time and

place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed vacation of the above

described street,
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearin and at said time and lace the

Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation, and at the a licant's re nest held

the written record open until July 20, 1992 and deferred action until a later date.
All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the
vacation and applied for the same.
THE CITY GF EUGENE DIES ORDAIN AS FGLLG~S:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and re ular notice

of the hearing was published and posted as by law re uired, and no valid objections were

made at the hearing or fled during the time the written record remained o en. The

consent of the owners of the abutting property has been dui and re larl filed in the

proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced b the vacation of the street,

Section 2, The hearing was held on the Sth da of June, 1992 at 7:30 .m, Pacific

Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hail, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, with the written
record kept open until July 20,1992. No written objections were received within that time,
and all matters necessary to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly
completed,
Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby vacated, and the street so
vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a certified cagy of this
ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon, together with a map or plat of said
property, and a certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane County Surveyor.
