The Resolution set June 14, 1993, at 7:34 P.M., Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in Eugene, aregon, as the time and place far hearing objections to the withdrawals, and directed that notice of the time and place of the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places in the City far the same period. The Notice has been so published in the Register Guard and pasted in four public places in the City of Eugene, Gregon. The City is willing to assume the liabilities and indebtedness previously contracted b . .Y the Districts proportionate to the parts of the Districts that have been annexed to the City upon the effective date of the withdrawals. The withdrawals of the annexed territories tom the Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and applicable policies of the Eugene-Springl~eld Metro olitan Area P General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is in the best interest of the City that Ordinance -1 the temtories be withdrawn. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CI'F'Y OF EUGENE DGES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Gregon, annexed to the City of Eu ene on g March 4, 1993 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Bounds Commission ry dated March 18,1993, as bounded and described as follows: 'Tax lot 380U, Assessor's Map 17-04-1414, located in the northern part of the River Road area north of Eugene, on the west side of River Road, north of Hamilton Avenue, and south of Kourt Drive, and more particularly descried on F.~xhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. ~Housin g Authority of Lane County, EC EU 93-14). is hereby withdrawn from the River Road water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District, effective July 1,1994.
