LOCATED AT 158 WEST HILLIARD LANE).

Section 2. This Res0lution is effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council.
The annexation and the automatic rezoning of the land pursuant to EC 9. 7820(3) from R-1 Low
Density Residential with /UL Urbanizable Land Overlay to R-1 Low-Density Residential shall
become effective in accordance with State law.
The foregoing Resolution adopted the 23rd day of May, 2022.
