RECIT ALS: A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated February 8,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 11, 1999. Tax Lot 600, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-12, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Horn Lane, east of Sunny Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Gansen, EC ED 99-01) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated April Resolution - 1 13, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective February 26,1999. Tax Lot 4101 and 4200, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-24, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, northeast of the Northwest Expressway, south of Park Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. C. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated May 18,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 12, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 9, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 13, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 10, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 26, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 24,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 4, 1999. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 25, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 10, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 29, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 1, 1999. The Lane County Local Governnlent Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 12, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 12, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 17, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 29, 1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated July 21,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 28, 1999. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated February 8, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 21, 1998. The City desires Resolution - 6 that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 22,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 1, 1999. Tax Lot 700, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, south of Wilkes Drive, north of River Loop No. 1 and west of Admiral Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit R attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Myers, EC ED 99-68) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. S. The Lane County Local Govemment Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1143 dated February 4, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 22, 1999. Tax Lot 3700, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-30, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, west of River Road and east of Byron Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit S attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. T. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1145 dated February 4, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the followmg described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 22, 1999. Tax Lot 2001, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-41, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, west of River Loop #2 and south of Limerick Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit T attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1148 dated April 8, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 24,1999. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1155 dated June 3, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real Resolution - 9 property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19, 1999.
