AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING INVESTIGATORS; AMENDING SECTION 3.405 OF THE
EUGENE CODE , 1971; AND REPEALING SECTIONS 3.205 , 3.207 , 3.209 , 3.210 ,
3.211, 3.213 , AND 3.873 OF THAT CODE .
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3.005 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by deleting
the caption and definitions set forth under the "Licensed Businesses" for
"Investigator".
Section 2. Sections 3.205, 3.207, 3.209, 3.210, 3.211, and 3.213 of the
Eugene Code , 1971, are repea 1 ed .
Section 3 . The City Recorder , at the request of , or with the concurrence
of the City Attorney, i s authorized to administratively correct any refierence
errors contained herein or i n other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the
provisions added , amended or repea 1 ed herein .
