AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE CITY'S PARKING REGULATIONS
AND REPEALING SUBSECTION 5.225(1)(1) OF THE EUGENE CODE,
1971.
THE CITY ~F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS F~LLQVI~S:
Section 1. Subsection ~1~~1} of Section 5.225 of the Eugene Code, ~ 971, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request af, or with the concurrence of the City
Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or
in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911, to the provisions added, amended or
repealed herein.
