An Ordinance vacating the following described portions of street ri ht-of wa to wit:

A portion of Fairway Loop located along the south side of Country
Club Road, west of Coburg Road Parcel ~ }, as located in the
vicinity of Tax Lots 1200, ~ 10 ~ , 2200, Assessor's Map ~ 7-03 -29-
30, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Ferry Street Bridge Project SV 97-004}.
Subject to easement reservations as set forth in Exhibit A attached
hereto.
On the 10th daV of November, 1997, the City Council of the City of Eugene b Motion

auly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:3o p.m., Pacific Time on the 8th d of
December, 1997, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, nregon, at which time and lace

protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed Council initiated vacation of the
above-described portions of s#~reet right-of-way,
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council
heard all objections to the proposed vacation.
The proposed vacation will not substantially affect the market value of the ra e

abutting the above-described portions of street right-of way.
THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FGLLCIwS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the
hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the
hearing or filed. The proposed vacation will not substantially affect the market value of the
property abutting the above-described portions of street right-of way and the public interest will
not be prejudiced by the vacation of the portions of street right-of--way.

Section 2. The hearing was held on the 8th day ~~ December, X997, at 7;30 p.m., Pacific
Time, at the Council Chambers, City fall, Eugene, Lane County, C~rego~~, and all matters
necessary to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove-described portions of street right-of way are hereby vacated
and the portions of street right-of--way so vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of the State
of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to ale a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a
certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County Assessor and another certified
copy shall be filed with the Lane County Sur~yor.
