AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING METERS, AND
AMENDING SECTION 5.310 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DUES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection ~1} of Section 5.310 of the Eugene Code,1971, is amended to provide:
5.310 Deposit of„Coins~Tokens.
~ 1 } Except a.s this chapter otherwise permits, whenever a parking meter indicates
that the time for parking has expired, no person shall park a vehicle in the parking space for that
meter, or leave in that space a vehicle of which he or she has charge, without immediately activating
the meter.
Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney,
is authorized to administrativelycnrrect any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions
of the Eugene Code,1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
