City Council Priority Issue – City Hall Complex
Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to proceed
with Approach A for implementation of the Development Plan Phase
of the City Hall Complex Action Plan plus the Generic New vs.
Remodel Study and request on a Supplemental Budget an
appropriation of $1,128,550 from the Facility Reserve.

new kennel definition allowing up to three adult dogs on a
residential property in the package of proposed code amendments
