I move to approve the conceptual design of
transportation improvements for River Avenue approved by the
River Avenue Stakeholder Group and direct the City Manager
to proceed with the final design and bidding of an improvement
project.

Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Open Space Plan (“PROS Comprehensive Plan”) as a Refinement of the
Eugene City Council Agenda: December 12, 2005 L:\CMO\2005 Council Agendas\M051212\A051212S.doc
Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan; Repealing Resolution
No. 4127 and the Eugene Parks and Recreation Plan Adopted Therein;
Amending Section 9.8010 of the Eugene Code, 1971; Repealing Section
9.9550 of that Code; Adopting a Severability Clause; and Providing an

Beginning July 1, 2005 and Ending June 30, 2006

a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the Urban Renewal Agency
of the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending

The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and re-convenes the
meeting of the Eugene City Council.

of Eugene Within a Specified Period of Time

8.ACTION:
An Ordinance Establishing a Chambers Special Area Zone; Amending
Sections 9.0500, 9.1030, 9.8030, and 9.8865 of the Eugene Code, 1971;
Adding Sections 9.3050 Through 9.3065 to That Code; Amending the
Eugene Zoning Map; Adopting a Severability Clause; and Providing an
Effective Date

I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4912, an
ordinance establishing a Chambers Special Area Zone.
