ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-98-02
of the
City Manager
City of Eugene
Removing the Title of City ClerklRecorder and Creating the Title of City Recorder.
The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that:
A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 1976, the
City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City and is
specifically authorized to organize, disband and reorganize the various city
departments.
NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS
AND DIRECTS THAT:
1. Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, the title of City
Clerk/Recorder is hereby removed from Mary F. Walston.
2. Warren G. Wong is reappointed to the position of City Recorder.
3. Mary F. Walston is appointed to the position of Deputy City Recorder.
4. Kathleen A. Fieland and Vicki A. Stewart shall retain the title of Deputy
City Recorder.
Dated and effective this 7th day of April, 1998.
