ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
of the
CITY MANAGER
City of Eugene, Oregon
Pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter IV, Section 4 of the Eugene
Charter of 1976, the Administrative Services Director, Gary P. Long, is
appointed City Treasurer and City Recorder and shall perform those duties and
responsibilities of the "finance officer" (as defined in Section 2.500 of the
Eugene Code, 1971) set forth in Sections 2.025, 2.510, 2.515, 2.520, 2.525,
2.527, 2.530, 2.540, 2.542 through 2.546, 2.555, 2.567, and 2.960 through 2.992
of the Eugene Code, 1971.
The Administrative Services Director may delegate in writing his duties of
City Treasurer and City Recorder and is responsible to direct and control the
exercise of these duties.
