ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
of the
CITY MANAGER
City of Eugene, Oregon
Pursuant to authority contained in Chapter IV, Section (2),(e) of the
Eugene Charter of 1976, Section 2.862 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and Council
Resolution No. 4031, the Director of Administrative Services is hereby
designated as responsible for the implementation of the Development Plan for
the management, marketing, and disposal of real property which the City
acquires through default of Bancroft contracts or lien foreclosures adopted
by the Council in the aforesaid resolution.
The Director of Administrative Services is therefore authorized to
manage, market, and sell or otherwise dispose of such property in accordance
with the plan. The Director of Administrative Services is further authorized
to delegate in writing the authority and responsibility granted herein to such
person or persons within the Administrative Services Department as he or she
deems appropriate.
