ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
of the
CITY MANAGER
City of Eugene, Oregon
Pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter IV, Section 4 of the
Eugene Charter of 1976, the Administrative Service Director, Warren G. Wong
is appointed City Treasurer and City Recorder and shall perform those duties
and responsibilities of the "finance officer" as defined and set forth in
Chapter 2 of the Eugene Code, 1971.
The Administrative Services Director may delegate in writing his duties
of City Treasurer and City Recorder and is responsible to direct and control
the exercise of these duties.
