ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 44-92-03
of the
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR
Pursuant to the Administrative Order of the City Manager, City of
Eugene, Oregon, dated December 29, 1989, the Administrative Services director,
Warren G. Wong, may delegate his duties of City Recorder.
In his capacity as City Recorder, Warren G. Wong is responsible for the
administration of the City of Eugene Records Management Program, and may
delegate this duty.
Oregon Revised Statutes, Section 192.072(2)(a), requires that "Each
state agency and political subdivision shall designate a records officer to
coordinate its records management program and to serve as liaison with the
State Archivist".
The Deputy City Recorder responsible for the day-to-day functions of the
City Recorder's Office shall be appointed the Records Officer for the City of
Eugene.
