ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
of the City of Eugene
DESIGNATING DUTIES OF CITY RECORDER AND CITY TREASURER
Pursuant to the Administrative Order of the City Manager, City of Eugene, Oregon, dated
December 29, 1989, the Administrative Services Director, Warren G. Wong, delegates his
duties of City Treasurer and City Recorder as follows:
Kathleen A. Fieland shall continue her appointment of December 24,1986, as Deputy City
Recorder.
Carole A. Martin shall continue her appointment of June 1, 1989, as Deputy City Recorder.
David Biedermann is hereby appointed as Deputy City Recorder (replacing Lana Lindstrom)
and shall perform those duties and responsibilities set forth in Sections 2.510 and 2.520 of
the Eugene Code, 1971.
Lana Lindstrom is hereby appointed as Deputy City Treasurer (replacing David
Biedermann) and shall perform those duties and responsibilities set forth in Sections 2.515,
2.525,2.527,2.530,2.540,2.542 through 2.546,2.555, and 2.567 of the Eugene Code, 1971.
This Administrative Order replaces previous Administrative Orders #44-91-09 and 44-89-02.
