An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Southwest one quarter SSW
~} of Section 12, Township 17 South, Range 4 West,
Willamette Meridian, and being a portion of the tract of
land conveyed tv Fircrest Development, Inc., an Oregon
corporation, by that certain Addendum to Land Sale
Contract recorded on Reel 945-R, Recorder's Reception Na.
7868892, Lane County Oregon Deed Records, said parcel
being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Bliss Park, as
platted and recorded in Book 41, Page 9, Lane County
Oregon Plat Records, said Northeast corner being on the
Southerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 1226
~Hunsaker Lane} which is East 614.56 feet and South
143.48 feet from the Southeast corner of the L.
Poindexter Donation Land Claim No. 52, in Township l7
South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian, Lane
County, Oregon ; thence South 1 ° 5 3 ' 4 9" West 8 4 8.61 feet ;
thence South 88° 06' 11" East 109.16 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; RUN thence along the arc of a 125.00
feet radius curve to the right a distance of 18.64 feet
the chord of which bears North 2° 22' 30" West 18.62
feet}; thence North 1° 53' 49" East 68.04 feet; thence
South 88° 06' 11" East 5x.00 feet; thence South 1° 53'
49" West 68.04 feet; thence along the arc of a 75.00 feet
radius curve to the left a distance of 11.18 feet the
chord of which bears South 2° 22' 30" East 11.17 feet};
thence South 83° 21' 12" West 50.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning and there ending in Lane County,
oregon. ~Ciochetti, SV 89-004}
on the 12th day of February, 1990, the City Council of the
City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearing to
be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 12th day of March, 1990,
at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time
and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the
proposed vacation of the above described street.
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said
time and place the Council heard all objections to the proposed
vacation.

All persons owning property abutting the street to be vaca-
ted have consented to the vacation and applied for the same.
THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FDLLO~TS:
Section i. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid objections have been made at the
hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting
property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and
the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the
street.
Section 2. The hearing was held on the 12th day of March,
1990 at 7:3D p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be
done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby
vacated, and the street so vacated shall revert pursuant tv the
statutes of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County,
Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a
certified copy of this Qrdinance shall be filed with the Lane
County Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the
Lane County Surveyor.
