FINDINGS
PROPOSED GAS FITTER'S RULES
The Notice of Intended Rulemaking regarding these proposed Rules was published
in the Register Guard from October 22, 1985 through October 26, 1985 per Chap-
ter 3 of the Eugene Code, Section 3.012. The Rules were available for public
inspection at the Permit and Information Center and interested persons were
given until Monday, October 28, 1985, at 5:00 p.m. to submit written comment.
The City received no public response to these intended Rules.
Therefore, final adoption of the Gas Fitter's Administrative Rules is now
authorized.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
GAS FITTERS
1. Application for License.
1.1 The application shall be accompanied by a non-
refundable application fee in the amount of $25.00.
2. Performance Bond and Insurance Coverage. Upon approval
of a license application but prior to issuance, the gas fitter
shall furnish to the city:
2.1 Proof of comprehensive general liability
insurance coverage of not less than a split limit of
$100/300/50, or a combined single limit of $300,000.00
for bodily injury and property damage, naming the city
as an additional insured; and,
2.2 A performance bond in the amount of $1,000.
