City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19316~settin a hear'

Chambers

and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed `

of the above described cul ~de~sac,
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearin

at said time and place the City Council heard all '
ob~ect~ons.
Ail persons owning property abuttin the cul~de~

be vacated have consented to the vacation and '
appi~ed for the
same.
THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

posted as by law required and no valid ob'ection

made at the hearing or filed, The consent of the
owners of
the abutting property has been dui and re Mari

proceedings and the public interest will not be re'udic

the vacation of the cul~de~sac.
Section ~, The hearing was held on the 2Znd da of '

1985 at 7:34 p.m., Pacific Standard Time at the Co n '
u c11 Chambers,
1~ Ordinance
City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary
to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed,
Section 3. The hereinabove described cul~de~sac is hereby
vacated, and the culMdeMsac so vacated shall revert pursuant
to the statutes of the State of Oregon,
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of th i s Qrd i Hance with the Recorder of Lane
County, Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property,
and a certified copy of this Qrdinance shall be filed with the
Lane County Assessor aid another certified copy sha11 be filed
with the Lane County Surveyor.

Beginning at a point on the North line of that certain tract
of land conveyed to the City of Eugene by deed recorded May
5, 1965, Reception No. 2D94, Lane County Deed Records, said
point being 407.49 feet S 4 deg, 22' 30" W from the Southeast
corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Eugene industrial Tracts as platted
and recorded in Book 24, Page 9 of Lane County, Dregon Plat
Records; run thence S 89 deg. Dl' 34" E a distance of 382,16
