ORDINANCE NO. 20198
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING LOT RATES,
AND AMENDING SECTION 5.285 OF THE EUGENE CODE,
1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Subsection (5) of Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to
provide:
5.285 Charges for Off-Street Parking.
(5) Except for the airport as defined in section 2.415 of this code, the following
maximum charges are hereby established for off-street parking facilities provided by the city. The
charges for a specific facility or part thereof and the conditions upon which parking is authorized shall
be established by administrative action of the city manager.
Hourly Rates $2.00
Daily* $3.50
Special Event** $3.00
* 7a.m. to 6 p.m. except Sundays and Holidays.
** After 6 p.m. any day of the year and all day Sundays and holidays
notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter.
Section 2.
The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City
Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other
provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
