with Connor and Woolley on developing a more detailed
proposal related to West Broadway development to be brought
back to the council.

The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive
Session to discuss real estate negotiations. The Executive
Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e).
Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be
allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of
the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of
the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of
the deliberations during the executive session, except to state
the general subject of the session as previously announced. No
decision may be made in executive session. At the end of the
executive session, we will return to open session and welcome

2. PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.

4.ACTION:
Resolution 1037 Acknowledging Receipt of the Annual Financial Report of
the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the Fiscal
Year Ended June 30, 2005
Urban Renewal Agency President:
I move to adopt Resolution 1036 adopting
a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the Urban Renewal Agency
of the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending
June 30, 2006.
Roll Call Vote
The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and re-convenes the
meeting of the Eugene City Council.
5.PUBLIC HEARING:
An Ordinance Concerning Remanded Provisions of Appendix B to
Ordinance Nos. 20325 and 20326; Amending Ordinance Nos. 20325 and
20326 by Adoption of a New Appendix B; Repealing Section 5 of Each
Ordinance; and Providing an Immediate Effective Date

Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium to speak, please give your name and address; you will have three

Interim Appointment to Human Rights Commission
Council President:
Imove to appoint _____________________ to Position 3
on the Human Rights Commission for an interim appointment to serve the
unexpired term of Judith Castro for term beginning on January 9, 2006, and
ending on October 31, 2007.
