AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEI~JE STATE REVENUE SHARING
FUNDS PURSUANT TO OREGON REVISED STATUTES ~221.770~
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~IS:
Section 1. The City of Eugene,•Oregon, for the fiscal year endin
June 3Q, 1987 elects to receive distribu g
.tan of funds from State Revenue
Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes X221.114 .
Section 2, The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a co of
this Ordinance with the Executive De ar py
p tment of the State of Oregon as
prescribed by Oregan Revised Statutes, therefore
Section 3. Because election to receive State Revenue Sharin funds for
the fiscal year endin June 3Q 198 g

City Council by enactment of an ordinance and filed with the Executive
Department of the State of Oregon, it is necessary for the welfare of the
City of Eugene that said filing be made without delay, and an emer enc
