AN ORDINANCE CONCER~dING ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY;
AND AMENDING SECTION 9.040 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Subsection ~3 ~ ~ a~ ~, c, of Section 9.040 of the Eugene Code,
1971, is amended to read and provide:
9.040 Mayor Partition Map and Subdivision Plat Procedure,
~ 3 ~ Major Partition Map and Subdivision Plat -Planning Director
Decision.

1. Either:
c. A peti ti on for improvements and for the assess-~
ment of the real property far the improvements has been
properly executed by the applicant who i s seeking the
partition or subdivision and the petition has been
accepted by the city engineer.
