AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS IN COUNTRY
CLUB ROAD FROM WILLAGILLESPIE ROAD TO 200 FEET EAST;, AND SANITARY
SEWERS 200 FEET EAST OF WILLAGILLESPIE ROAD FROM 400 FEET NORTk~•OF
COUNTRY CLUB ROAD TO COUNTRY CLUB ROAD; AMENDING ORDINANCE NOU 19260,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that:
On June 25, 1984, there was passed by the Cauncil and approved by the
Mayor, Ordinance No. 19260, levying an estimated assessment against the
properties listed on the Assessment Rall attached thereto far sanitary sewers
in Country Club Road from Willagillespie Road to 200 feet east; and sanitary
sewers 204 feet east of Willagillespie Road from 40O feet north of Country Club
Road to Country Club Raad.
Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the
provisisans of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll
attached to Ordinance No. 19260 should be amended to reflect the reduced
assessments far the assessment accounts.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene
Code, 1971, Ordinance No. 19260 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor
on June 25, 19$4, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached
hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed
thereon.
Section 2, The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections
to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the
property owners set forth in Section 1 above.
Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of
Ordinance No. 19260 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full
farce and effect.
Section 4. It is necessary that the above corrections be made as soon as
passible, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this
Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council
and approval by the Mayor.

The City Council authorized the execution of a contract far the construction of the local
improv emen ts on June 2 ~ 1g.,$..~~
The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance
with appli cable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be:
