AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS ON COUNTRY CLUB ROAD FROM KERNS ACRES ROAD TO SAND AVENUE AND ELWOOD DRIVE FROM 1000 FEET NORTH OF COUNTRY CLUB ROAD TO COUNTRY CLUB ROAD AND ELWOOD CUL-DE-SAC FROM ELWOOD DRIVE TO 300 FEET EAST; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19346, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that; 0n August 12, 19$5, there was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, Ordinance Na. 19346, levying an estimated assessment against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto for sanitary sewers on Country Club Road from Kerns Acres Raad to Sand Avenue and Elwood Drive from 1000 feet north of Country Club Road to Country Club Road and Elwood cul-de-~sac from Elwood Drive to 300 feed east. Final casts of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the ' pravisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance No. 19346 should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments far the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code,. 1971, Ordinance No. 19346 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on August 12, ].985, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed thereon. Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 19346 and the assessments provided far therein remain in full force and effect. Section 4.
