AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING
FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.110 DF OREGON REVISED
STATUTES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The City of Eugene, Dregon, for the fiscal ear endin

Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770,
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a co of
