a givings tax at this time.

Report and Update on Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority
Council President:
I move to authorize the City Manager to sign an
amendment to the intergovernmental agreement between Lane
County and the cities of Cottage Grove, Eugene, Oakridge and
Eugene City Council Agenda: January 25, 2006 L:\CMO\2006 Council Agendas\M060125\A060125S.doc
Springfield which changes the name of the agency from the Lane
Regional Air Pollution Authority to the Lane Regional Air Protection
Agency.
