AN ORDINANCE EFFECTING AMENDMENTS TO THE WHITEAKER
REFINEMENT PLAN; REPEALING RESOLUTION N0. 2$99y AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
The City Counci] of the City of Eugene finds that:
1. The Whiteaker Refinement Plan was adopted by the Cit Council b ..

2. On January 8, 1987, a letter was received from Ronald A. Walro a
behalf of Chef Francisco re uestin n n
q g a amendment to the Whiteaker Refine-
ment Plan. The Planning Department contacted the Chair of the Whiteaker
Community Council regarding the requested amendment and referred the
to the Plannin Commi matter

3. The Planning Commission agreed to the canoe t of allowin riv

NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY aF EUGENE DaES ORDAiN AS FolL4WS:
Section 1. Based upon the above findings, and the findings set forth
in the staff notes of March 3, 1987, which are adopted herein:

EXHIBIT A
The Whiteaker Refinement Plan Diagram following page I2 is amended as
follows:
The designation of three Tax Lots-- 5900, 6000, and 6I00
Assessor's Map 11-04-25-4 I, is changed from Medium-Densit
