ORDINANCE NO. /9'y~3
An ordinance vacating the following described pedestrian
right-of-way, to-wit:
The pedestrian right-of-way located East of
. Solar Heights Street, West of Willamette
Street, and North of 52nd Avenue, Solar
Heights PUD in Eugene, Lane County, aregon.
White, SV 87-1~ .
On the 11th day of March, 1987, the City Council of the Cit
Y
of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19455 setting a hearing to be held
at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day of April, 1987, at the
Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and
place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed
vacation of the above described pedestrian right-of-way.
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at
said time and place the Council heard all objections.
All persons owning property abutting the pedestrian right-of-
way to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for
the same.
THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and osted as

by law required and na valid objections have been made at the
hearing ar filed. The consent of the owners of the abuttin
g
property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and
the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the
pedestrian right-of-way.
Section_ 2,. The hearing was held on the 13th day of A ril,

1987 at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, Cit
Y.

Hall, Eugene, Lane County, oregon, and all matters necessary to be
done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
' Section 3. The hereinabove described pedestrian ri ht-of~-wa

is hereby vacated, and the pedestrian right--of-way so vacated
shall revert pursuant tv the statutes of the State of oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Lane Count
. Y~
oregon, together with a map yr plat of said property, and a cer-
tif ied copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Lane Count
Y
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
