AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET;
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1986,
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1987; and DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY _.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Ore an,

far the.year beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1981, as set forth
~n Section 2 below, is hereby adapted. -~
Section ~. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does
hereby make the separate appropriation for each purpose, as detailed and item-
~zed herein, pursuant to the prvvisians and in the manner prOVided by law. as

with ORS Z94.480~1}~a}, which authorizes the formulation of a su lemental
