AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS; AMEND-
ING SECTIONS 9.384 AND 9.386 OF THE El1GENE CODE,
1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9.384 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended b addin

a new Standard 30 thereto, to read and provide:
9.38fi S ecial Standards For Certain Uses In Residentia] Districts.
X30} Cammunit Theaters:
~a} Must be operated by anon-profit entity;
fib} Must be in existence on April ~1, 1981 and located on
property zoned residentially; and
~c} The primary use is to stage live theatrical erfarmances.

Section~3. That the matters contained herein concern the ublic welfare
