AN QRDINANCE CQNCERNING THE SISTER CITY COMMISSIQN;
AMENDING SECTIQN ~.oI3 OF THE EUGENE CODE, I97I; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLQwS:
Section 1. The table of boards, commissions and committees set forth in
subsection ~1} of Section 2.C13 of the Eugene Code, I971, is amended b add-

lion an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Qrdinance shall be-
come effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and a royal

by the Mayor.
