AN oRDINANCE REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF SOLAR
ACCESS REGULATIONS; AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS.
1944D, 194D1, AND 1940; REPEALING ORDINANCE
No. 19457; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that;

Section 2. This Ordinance shall became effective

as herein amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No.
19329 remain in full force and effect, to which the City
Recorder is requested to append this Ordinance.
Section 4, Section 2 of Ordinance Na. 19402 passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to
read and provide:
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective
on January 1, 1987, however, when issuing building
permits the city building official need not consider or
apply the solar setback requirements of this Ordinance
or any amendments thereto until October 1, 198?. Exce t•

Section 5. That the matters contained herein concern the
