AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE RIVERFRONT RESEARCH PAR(
COMMISSION; AMENDING SECTIONS 2,013 AND 2.224 OF THE
EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The designation of the Riverfront Research Park Commission
set forth in Section 2.013 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended to rovide:

Section 2. Subsection ~4~ of Section 2,224 of the Eugene Code 1971
is amended to provide:
Z.2Z 4 Riverfront Research Park Commission - Membershi Term of Office.
~4} For the term of office to commence January 1, 1985, four mem-
bers shall be appointed fora two year term and three members shall be
appointed for a one year term, Thereafter, each member shall serve for a
term of two years from the date of his or her appointment,
Section 3. That the matters contained herein concern the ublic welfare

emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effec-
