AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURE
FOR CALLING ADVISORY ELECTIONS ON QUESTIONS; ADDING
SECTION 2,999 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.999 is added to the Eugene Code 1911 to read an

Section 2. The City Council desires to place two advisor measures o
