I~ S~~ AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURE FOR CALLING ADVISORY ELECTIONS ON QUESTIONS; ADDING SECTION 2,999 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2.999 is added to the Eugene Code 1911 to read an a d provide: 2.999 Advisor Elections. . ~1} Whenever the city council deems it necessary, it ma send a question or ro osit~on to ~ ~ Y. p, p the electors for their adv7ce.
