AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET;
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1987,
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1988; and DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
Sectian 1. That the supplemental budget far the City of Eugene, Ore on

Section Z. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does

Section 3. That this supplemental budget is prepared in accordance
with ORS 294.48o~1}~a}, which authorizes the formulation of a sup lemental

Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance are necessary for the
purpose of protecting the public health, safety and welfare, and therefore an
emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance shall became effective
immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Ma or.
