AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING HEARINGS OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION
AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 9.684 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Anew Section 9.684 is hereby added to the Eu ene Code

1971, to provide:
9.684 Hearin s Official Authorized to A rove Conditional Use Permits
and or Tentative Planned Unit Develo ment A lications in Conjunc~
tion with Zone Chan es. The hearings official may, in conjunction with a
zone change application, approve a conditional use permit and or a tentative
planned unit development appl~cat~on, ~f an the basis of the a licatian
