AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE STRUCTURAL SPECIALTY CODE;
AMENDING SECTION 8.010 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection ~2}~d} of Section 8.010 of the Eugene Code, 1971

is amended to provide:
8.010 Structural Specialt Code.

~d} Appendix Chapters 2, 11 and 23.
Section 2. Inclusion of Appendix Chapter 38 in the Structural S ecialt

Code shall apply to all structures far which permits are issued after the
effective date of this Ordinance. Adoption of this Ordinance shall not re-
lieve any existing structure from its existing obli ation to com ~ with

Sections 8.190 and and 8.200 of the Eugene Code, 1911.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective January 1, 1989.
