RECITALS:
The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 3, adopted June 14
i~ 82, determine to pave streets and construct sanitary and storm sewers on T9aple Street
dam Roosevelt Boulevard to Cross Street

The City Council authorized the execution. of a contract for the construction of the local

-The local improvemen#s have been constructed in accordance with the contract and applicable
provisions of the Eugene City Code and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be:

The City Council has established the method aflca1culating local

improvement assessments in Sections 1.i70 through 7.80 of the Eugene City
Code; and
Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners
of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly
and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the
' Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests,
objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them.

Section 1. That the total cost of paving, sanitary sewer and storm
sewer and storm sewer on Maple Street from Roosevelt Boulevard to Cross Street
in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 81,830.99 , aforesaid, which
is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter
described in the amounts .set apposite, respectively.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Dregon,
does hereby determine and assess each tat and part of tat being in Eugene,
Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:

hereby determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefare described
is specifically benefitted to the extent of the assessment herpinbefore
set forth, and daes hereby declare each and all of said assessments to
be liens upon -the respective lots, parts of lots ar arce1s of land

against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and dir cts the
~~~-~~nance Officer .~ to enter in the Jacket of City Liens, a statement th

containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot ar acres e ro er

Section 4. That these provisions concern the public welfare
because of the necessity to promptly record and ascertain the amount of ..
