AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the provisions of DRS 227.215 and Sections 9.278 and 9.668
through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit

NOW, THEREFORE,
Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its own the
specific affirmative findings contained i n the Planning Department staf f notes
of December 21, 1982, and January 18, 1983, and the Planning Commission minutes
of December 219 1982, and January 18, 1983, for the reasons set forth therein

THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
. Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the
zone ng map and the zone ng ordinance ,schedule of district changes are hereby
amended to reflect the following change of zone;
